Narrative

The Green River House (GRH) is a small community within the community-at-large assisting adults in their recovery from mental illness. It is one of more than 200 clubhouse programs in 43 states and 21 countries, based upon the “Fountain House” model of psychiatric rehabilitation and community support established in New York City in 1948.

Each member is guaranteed the following:
