Group Supported Employment also provides the chance to develop skills in different industries and gain valuable work experience in the community. In addition, people who participate in this program gain confidence, self-esteem. They have the opportunity to meet and interact with other workers. They gain an understanding of different work cultures. These settings help build work skills that can be transferred to Supported Employment jobs.
