Narrative

DPH Certified early intervention program. Early Intervention is an integrated Developmental service available to the families of children between birth and three years of age for whom there are developmental concerns due to identified disabilities, or whose typical development is at risk due to certain birth or environmental circumstances.

Harbor Area Early Childhood Services offers developmental therapies to children aged birth to three years in the context of family education, training and support.  The program philosophy holds that parents are experts and primary teachers of their children.
