Narrative
Comprehensive early childhood program for low income children in the Boston area. Approximately 2200 children are serviced at 38 sites throughout the city. Ten percent of enrollment opportunities are set aside for 3-5 year olds who have diagnosed disabilities. All children with special needs are serviced in mainstreamed classroom settings.
