Narrative

Referrals accepted by physicians, social workers, or family. Patient must have a non-progressive brain injury, be in a lessening coma or non-comatose state, and have expectation of good rehabilitation outcome. Program has structured treatment plan to re-establish patients role in community. Criteria: medically stable, head injury sustained no more than 2 months prior, evidence of patient progress, and family support system. Program for patients just awakening from a coma which includes therapy services. Contact program for fee and accessibility information.
