Narrative

The Holyoke Health Center is a community health center in the heart of downtown Holyoke; offering adult and pediatric primary, dental and same day care.  In addition, Holyoke Health Center offers education and support programs that meet the needs of our elderly patients - including diabetes management, chronic disease self -management, HIV/AIDS services, and nutrition and exercise (Healthy Weight) programs.  Holyoke Health Center provides services in English and Spanish and offers enrollment assistance for those in need of health insurance.
