Narrative

The Holyoke Health Center is a community health center in the heart of downtown Holyoke. We offer adult and child primary, dental and same day care.  In addition, Holyoke Health Center offers education and support programs that meet the needs of our elderly patients including:

• diabetes management
• chronic disease self -management
• HIV/AIDS services
• nutrition and exercise (Healthy Weight) 

 Holyoke Health Center provides services in English and Spanish and offers enrollment help for those in need of health insurance.
