Whether we’re delivering nursing support to your doorstep or bedside within High Pointe House, we’re here to care for you.

If you or a loved one is living with a serious illness or a disease with a poor outcome, our palliative care team will help you make the most of your life on your terms. We can lessen pain and discomfort. You can trust that our team will work in your best interest. We help to manage symptoms, offer emotional support and assist you spiritually.

Hospice care

When life expectancy becomes limited, we also provide hospice care for inpatients (at our facilities) and outpatients (at your home). We’ll ensure your time is filled with cating, comfort and dignity.
