Narrative

Through its home delivered meals (Meals on Wheels) and congregate meals (Community Cafés)  programs, Ethos provides well over 2,634,000 meals to seniors who need them annually. We also offers nutrition check-ups and counseling from a licensed dietician.

Along with a well-balanced meal, our Meals on Wheels drivers serve up a cheerful, consistent presence. We also also keep a watchful eye over each person's health and safety.

The Ethos Meals on Wheels Program caters to many tastes, with menus that feature:

• Kosher
• Caribbean
• Asian
• Vietnamese
• Italian
• African American
• vegetarian
• therapeutic dishes 
• American fare

Based on their needs, elders may also receive frozen weekend meals, cold meals, and nutritional supplements.

Community Cafes offer meals in a cafe setting. Lunch and/or dinner may be served. Our website has a list of cafes and their hours.
