Narrative

HOAP provides emergency services, outreach medical, mental health and housing services to single adult, unaccompanied homeless clients. Tenancy Preservation Program(TPP) is also provided in the Worcester Housing Court in all jurisdictions. Housing provided to clients who meet HUD definition of homeless and are disabled.
