The National Deaf-Blind Equipment Distribution Program, also known as iCanConnect, is a federal program administered by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC)  with local contacts. iCanConnect provides distance communications equipment and training to individuals with significant combined hearing and vision loss who meet disability and income guidelines, to help them stay connected with friends, family and the world.
