Narrative

Funded by DDS, this program provides hourly supports to 35 adults with mental retardation living on their own in the Holyoke/Chicopee area. Supports vary from one to fifteen hours per week and focus on assistance with the day-to-day details of living on one’s own, including skill building and education, liaison with other professionals, employment search, benefits/financial management, accessing generic services, and general case management.
