Narrative

BFAIR’s Family and Individual Support program provides a wide range of personalized services for people living independently in the community. 

BFAIR also offers Family Support services. We help people make informed choices. We share vital information for people and families. We coordinate access to available community resources. Offering community outreach also gives the families respite. BFAIR staff support their loved ones to gain social and adaptive skills. People can live as independently as possible in their community.

BFAIR’s Outreach staff provide people with cognitive disabilities with care, support, and ability to make personal choices and access to community opportunities such as:
