Narrative

WORK Inc.'s Supported Living Program provides high-quality case management services to people living on their own or in shared homes. Program are throughout Greater Boston. The program provides supports for people to live as independently as possible. We assist in reaching each person's personal goals.

A case manager is available to visit people at home daily, weekly, or on an as needed basis. The level of support is determined by the person's own needs.
