Narrative

M.O. L.I.F.E., INC. provides person-centered services to assist people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) find employment that fit their skills and interest. Through job development, job coaching, and job carving, we enable a person to gain competitive and meaningful work. Once employment is obtained, we assist the people with the necessary supports to maintaining long-term employment. We have over 20 years of experience of placing people into meaningful jobs in the South Coast Area of Massachusetts.

Many of our workers have found jobs in major business throughout Southeastern Massachusetts.
