Narrative
Individual Support provides case management to people who are gaining daily living skills to promote independence.
Kennedy-Donovan Center offers customized help to people in their home and community life based upon their specific needs. Types of help includes rides to doctor’s appointments and social outings, help with meal prep, activities of daily living (ADLs), and bill paying.
Our Supported Living services are personalized for each adult. We promote growth through skill-building We help to make and keep their connections within the community. KDC creates individual support plans (ISPs) to address specific needs and to lessen people's risks.
