Narrative

The Kids Are People Elementary School is an inclusive multicultural program that educates children from kindergarten through sixth grade. Some components of the program are center based, small group teaching, individualized educational plans, full multidiciplanary team (speech pathologist, occupational therapist, reading specialist, prevocational specialist, behavioral consultant and psychotherapist). The program utilizes a multisensory approach to education and provides unique programs such as the Fast ForWord Training Program. Fast ForWord is also open to students from outside of the school. (Fast ForWord elderly program, refer to record #5150). Consumer pays, public school payments, vouchers, welfare.
