Narrative

The Individual Supports program provides one to one and favorable ratio opportunities for adults with learning disabilities to work toward developing their daily living skills with the goal of becoming as independent as possible.

Individual Supports members live independently, with family, in LIFE housing, or in Shared Living. The Individual Supports program is highly customizable. The activities, approaches, and services are tailored to suit the needs of each person, and their family.

Our goal is to support our people to become healthy, happy, independent members of their community. They can  develop competency in financial management, meal preparation, self-advocacy, transportation, and other skills necessary for being an independent adult.

The LIFE Individual Support staff works with people in one-to-one and group settings. People can maintain a healthy lifestyle, engage in social activities, and live a fulfilling life. Our weekly program includes group activities such as meals, activities, and fitness.
