Narrative

UCP’s Community Living Programs include our Adult Family Care Program, DDS Shared Living Program, DDS & MRC Supported Living Program and MRC In-Home Supports. These programs combined, offer a variety of options, based on age and funding eligibility, to help people with complex medical, physical or developmental disabilities live more independently and to safely remain in the comfort of their own homes. We also support people living in their own apartments with the help of Smart Home Technology and high-tech staff support.
