Narrative
Because we have so many care options available, you can count on us to tend to your loved one's needs both now and if these care requirements change in the future. You won't have to select the type of care your loved one receives all on your own. Our office offers free in-home consultations to build relationships with potential care recipients and their families and determine the best approach to their care.
Some popular home care services we deliver in South Shore include:
- Companion Care. Does your loved one need some support to maintain a rewarding home life? If they could benefit from medication reminders, companionship, and help with running errands, they might be the right candidate for companion care.
- Personal Care. Personal care covers the support offered by companion care with the addition of physical assistance with vital tasks such as showering, getting dressed, using the restroom, and walking.
- Respite Care. If you're a family caregiver and feel overwhelmed, it may be high time for a break. You can enjoy your time off while knowing your loved one is safe with a care professional when you choose respite care.
- Specialized Home Care. For those in need of transitional care following a hospital discharge, dementia care, Alzheimer's care, or end of life care, Visiting Angels South Shore offers specialized home care services.
When your loved one is approaching the final stages of life, you’ll want to make the most of the precious time left by sharing memories and expressions of love. The need for compassionate and comprehensive end-of-life care becomes essential. It’s an opportunity to foster a sense of comfort, dignity, and closure.
Visiting Angels offers professional, non-medical assistance for people during the end-of-life phase. Our caring palliative care services will keep your loved one comfortable and at peace. Although the program does not include hospice care, an expert caregiver will provide comfort and relief assistance that complements hospice services. We’ll support you and your family whenever needed.
