Narrative
The Long Term Care Ombudsman Program advocates for the rights, respect and quality of care for people living in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Rest Homes. There is no age requirement for the program. Rehab, respite, and long-term care residents and family members are all welcome to contact us. They can seek help with their complaints through our team of ombudsman volunteers.
