There are 30 Social Security Field Offices, two Disability Determination Service, and three locations for the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review in the State of Massachusetts to serve you.

Serves people with "any condition that is expected to prevent a person from working for at least 12 months  or to be disabling at least 12 months, in the case of children."
