Narrative

Who we are:
The Massachusetts Guardianship Association (MGA) is a non-profit organization that offers information and resources to individuals, families, and professionals on guardianship and conservatorship. Our mission is to promote a standard of excellence in guardianship and conservatorship practice. We advocate for the rights of adults with decisional or physical impairment and minors in need of a guardian or conservator.

The MGA is an all volunteer organization, governed by a dedicated Board of Directors and driven by the invaluable work of our Contributors. The MGA is solely funded through the generous support of our members. Guardianship Clinics in Suffolk, Middlesex, and Norfolk Counties

What we do:
The MGA provides information and resources on the MGA website. We sponsor educational efforts and events for our membership and the community. We support public policy initiatives that further the rights and services for adults with decisional or physical impairment and minors in need of a guardian or conservator.
