Narrative

Provides means for individuals with hearing loss or speech disability to communicate via a text-based device for relay phone conversations (TTY-TTD); those using a regular phone can communicate through relay with those on a text-based device.

MassRelay is our free and confidential communication relay service for those who may be deaf, hard-of-hearing, late deafened, or speech disabled. Depending on the type of disability, our relay services are specialized to fit to your needs.
