Narrative
Day and residential school services are available. Educational/residential services to children & teens with DD & behavior disorders. Individual, data-based programs focuses on the development of skills. This will allow students to transition to the next less restrictive environment. Curriculum areas include:
- communication
- self-care
- academics
- domestic skills
- leisure skills
- vocational skills
Parent education provided.
Referrals from school districts.
Residential students attend classes with other students. Their classmates can include housemates, day school students, and residential students from other houses. They work on strengthening their social, daily living, and recreational skills, including meal preparation, self care, shopping, and community leisure activities.
