Narrative

For over twenty years, New England Emergency Response Systems has been bringing independence and peace of mind to families throughout the region (primarily Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut, though our systems will work anywhere in the United States). Our goal is to provide home safety and security through our medical alert systems. If you are in need of help, you and your loved ones can be assured that we'll be there at the press of a button.

It starts with the press of your medical alert button. Perhaps you have fallen, maybe you are having chest pain or possibly you just need a reassuring voice. Whatever the reason, simply press your Personal Help Button to start the process. The button sends a radio signal to your base unit, which starts a call to the monitoring center.
