Medical transportation for the elderly and people with disabilities to their out of town/city medical appointments. Tuesday through Friday 8:30am-4:30 pm. Some service or eligibility restrictions. Must pre-register. Serves Ashburnham, Gardner, Hubbardston, Templeton and Westminster. A lift-equipped service. Donations accepted.
