Narrative

Provide group residences and supported housing within a supervised treatment setting. Supporting Housing services include finding an apartment, medication managemnt, support and outreach. Programs funded by DMH.

Community-based flexible support services, supportive employment; evidence-based treatment including DBT and IMR, and wellness activities for individuals referred by the Department of Mental Health;
