Narrative

Mounting Horizons, Inc. is an Independent Living Center. We have services for people in need.  We foster independence. We  foster self sufficiency, and help with  full inclusion in society. We provide services to people with disabilities and seniors in the Harris, Galveston area. We have offices in Cypress and in League City. This is the northern part of Galveston County.
