Narrative

MUSIC MAKES ME HAPPY, Inc. is a private, non-profit, human service educational organization dedicated to enriching the lives of people with developmental and/or physical disabilities through music.  The Music Makes Me Happy Chorus is comprised of special needs people of varying ages and abilities who love to sing, make new friends, and give back to the community.  Giving back to the community takes the form of public sing-along concerts and also offering high school students and adults the opportunity to become volunteer members of the chorus.  With music as the connection, our members share their gifts of exuberant love, joy, living in the present moment, and heartfelt gratitude.

The chorus (for ages 18-88) meets at the Cotting School in Lexington, MA on Tuesday evenings Sept.- June.  Anyone interested in joining is encouraged to contact Marsha Martin, Music Director by e-mail at marsha@mmmh-singers.org or by telephone at 978-897-6142.
