Narrative

Community Rehab Care is a Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities - accredited rehabilitation program for those with acquired brain injury (Traumatic Brain Injury, stroke, other neurologic dxs)as well as for those in need of general rehabilitation for orthopedic/musculoskeletal problems. Started by three clinicians in 1996, the program evaluates and treats cognitive, language, behavioral and functional/motor deficits and provides the full spectrum of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, Neuropsychology, Social Work and Case Management services. We teach clients how to use skills learned in the clinic in "real life" settings. We have three convenient locations around Greater Boston in Newton, Medford and Quincy. We are licensed by Department of Public Health, are Medicare certified, Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities accredited and are also a contracted provider for MassHealth, Blue Cross, Tufts, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Cigna, Aetna/US Healthcare, Healthcare Value Management and many other payers.
