Narrative

Provides the following to infants and youth who have combined vision and hearing loss (deafblind) or who have sensory loss and additional disabilities in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Maine: technical assistance, in-service training, program consultation, family support services, advocacy. Consultation and technical assistance services for children 0 to 3 years and students 3 to 22 years. Consultation and Training to families and professionals regarding deaf/blind issues.
