Narrative

The Community Service Agencies at Beth Israel Lahey Health Behavioral Services work with families who have children facing a severe emotional, behavioral or mental health challenge. We help you access critical services and support.

Our CSAs use a “wraparound” model of care to help children and families thrive in their homes and community. Our wraparound model offers a comprehensive, holistic, youth- and family-driven approach. We can respond when a child or young adult experiences serious mental health or behavioral challenges.

Our team of intensive care coordinators and family partners work with youth and families to create their team. We include professional and natural supports. We ensure their ideas, vision and goals are incorporated in the plan of care. The goal of wraparound services is to help youth with complex needs remain at home.
