Narrative
UCP’s Northern Berkshire Early Intervention Program supports children (Birth to 3) who have developmental delays. If your child is not meeting certain milestones. If you see a problem with the way your infant or toddler learns, speaks, acts, moves or plays, call us for an evaluation. Our process helps parents uncover delays so you can address them early on. When a child is referred to us, the following services are provided to families in Northern Berkshire County at no cost and no copay.
The following services are billed to various insurance providers:

Developmental assessment
Home visits, daycare and center-based therapy
Developmental playgroups
Parent support groups
Educational services
Speech, physical and occupational therapy
Monitoring at-risk infants affected by substance exposure before and after birth
Assistive technology (AT) evaluations
