Narrative

Clinical Services may include one or more of the following services:

• Skilled Nursing

  One-on-one nursing care includes assessment and treatment related to new medical diagnoses or recovery from surgery, illness or injury. Our registered nurses provide emotional support. They teach patients and family members how to manage meds, recuperative care and treatments at home.

• Rehabilitation Services

  Physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists are available to work with people in their own homes. We help to achieve maximum function, independence and quality of life. Clients with neurological disorders or weakness, or people recovering from surgery are eligible to receive these services.

• Home Care Aide

  Home care aides provide personal care assistance for short periods during the recovery and family adjustment process.

• Social Work

  Our licensed social workers are able to give counseling for disease adjustment, care planning and other important issues that may come up during the recovery period.

• Respite care 

      Short-term home care that provides a break for family caregivers

• Hospice Care 

       Visiting Nurse & Community Care provides hospice care for people who are terminally ill.
