Narrative

Information, referral and support programs for elders, caregivers and persons with disabilities in Franklin County and the North Quabbin area. Provides in-home care (Consumer Directed and Agency Directed), funds to pay caregivers, caregiver respite, information & caregiver resources, elder care advice, family caregiver support, meals on wheels, health screenings for men and women, private pay care, nutrition consults, support groups, support for grandparents raising grandchildren, supportive housing, serving health information needs of elders (SHINE), help for medicare beneficiaries to better understand health care plans/drug plans, protective services, money management, nursing home ombudsman, companion, adult family care, the good life news for people age 55+ & volunteer opportunities. Populations Served: Elders, caregivers and persons with disabilities (including some young adults).
