Old Colony Hospice is a nonprofit community based healthcare agency meeting the physical, emotional, social, & spiritual needs of patients facing the challenge of terminal illness. Patients receive care in their homes or in nursing homes. Services include support for the patient's families/loved ones as well as bereavement support and counseling groups - free of charge. Old Colony Hospice was founded in 1979 and last year provided care to over 800 patients and their loved ones in Bristol, Norfolk & Plymouth counties - covering 63 towns in southeastern Massachusetts.
