Narrative

Community Support Associates (CSA) , sponsored by the Statewide Head Injury Program, is able to provide:

• short-term case management supports
• referral services
• advocacy supports
• information

to brain injured adults who live on Cape Cod. 

For adults with traumatic brain injuries, who become SHIP eligible, longer term support services may be available. This depends on the availability of such services at the state level. Please call Katrina with any referrals. Please note that we do not provide housing or housing supports or cash assistance. We can refer to other agencies for those needs.
