Narrative

Health & Social Services programs are designed to address the needs of private-for-profit, not-for-profit, public organizations, and individuals with special needs or interests. These programs use wilderness environments, adventure and risk to help individuals build the confidence, esteem and energy conducive to creating and fostering constructive patterns of human relations built on trust, cooperation, communication and understanding.

Provides a wide range of adventure-based outdoor programs. As the leader in outdoor education for over 30 years, we deliver safe courses structured to provide participants with a greater appreciation for the environment, for themselves and for others. We have courses on whitewater rafting, sailing, canoeing, rock climbing, mountaineering and even sea kayaking. Depending on the activity and the time of year selected, our courses vary in length from 5 and 8 day courses to as many 78 day courses. We operate in Oregon, Washington, California, Colorado, Utah, Idaho, Maine, Minnesota, Texas, Western Canada & Mexico. Financial aid is available.
