Narrative

 Van outreach service to homebound, nursing home, housing for the elderly. Top Floor Learning, basic reading ESL, GED. Designated computer stations for wheelchair access.(especially prepared to meet requirements of patrons with special needs)  The Outreach Van services low mobility and homebound citizens within the Palmer area.

Equipment: Books on CD, DVD's, Music CDs, Large Print, Magazines & Newspapers. Equipment: Public access computers + online resources.
