Early Head Start, Head Start and Child Care for children 0-5 and pregnant woman. PCDC Offers Full-Day programs, Half-Day programs, Family Child Care, and Home Visiting services. PCDC also offers: quality early childhood education; nutritious meals and snacks; health, nutrition and family support; parent education; services for families of children with special needs.  

Head Start and Early Care and Education programs provided by the Parent-Child Development Center (PCDC) offer high quality learning environments, positive educator/child interactions, and a rich array of support services. At PCDC, we believe that children learn best when their families are highly engaged in the learning process.

We believe that each child, family, and community offers unique strengths and resources. We work with families and the community so that children can develop caring relationships, confidence, and curiosity.
