Narrative

The Personal Care Attendant Program (PCA Program) is a MassHealth Program that allows the consumer to have control over the design and delivery of their own personal care services.  With the help of GSSSI staff, a consumer or surrogaqte hires, trains and supervises the PCA.  A fiscal intermediary is appointed to process timesheets and handle payroll and taxes.  Call for eligibility.  GSSSI serves the communities of Agawam. Brimfield, East Longmeadow, Hampden, Holland, Longmeadow, Monson, Palmer, Springfield, Wales, West Springfield and Wilbraham.
