Narrative
Trains a person with disabilities, or a designated surrogate to hire own assistant, train assistant to help with personal care. They can show the assistant how to aid in activities of daily living. Funding contract with MassHealth. Persons of any age (4 and up) with chronic disabilities who are MassHealth eligible.
