Narrative
Trains an individual with disabilities, or a designated surrogate to hire own assistant, train assistant to help with personal care and direct assistant to aid in activities of daily living. Funding contract with MassHealth. Persons of any age (4 and up) with chronic disabilities who are MassHealth eligible.
