Narrative

Our companions are trained, experienced, and supported by a registered nurse manager to provide the highest quality care. They spend meaningful one-on-one time—sharing stories, enjoying favorite activities, and offering gentle oversight and help around the home. If needs change, BAYADA can easily add personal care services—assisting with bathing, dressing, and meal preparation—to help your loved one continue to live safely and independently.

Pediatric Home Care

At BAYADA, we know there’s no place like home—especially when your child needs nursing care. That’s why we offer a full spectrum of pediatric home care services for a wide range of medical needs, from chronic conditions to complex care like tracheostomy and ventilator management. For children with advanced medical needs coming home from the NICU or PICU, our innovative Home Intensive Care Unit (HICU®) program delivers ICU-level care right in your own home. Our specialized team of critical care nurses guides families through every step—starting with a safe hospital-to-home transition—and works closely with you through hands-on coaching, guidance, and education so you’ll always feel confident and supported.

Hospice Care

Hospice care is about more than managing a diagnosis—it’s about making every moment meaningful, comfortable, and peaceful. BAYADA Hospice's team works closely with patients and families. We understand your story, values, and wishes, so that you and your family can spend time in a way that’s most important to you.

With a primary focus on pain and symptom management, our team follows a personalized plan of care. We also offer personal care services, social work, spiritual counseling, holistic therapies, and more. Specialized programs—including veteran-focused care to meet their unique needs—bring customized, compassionate care and guidance.

Remember, when time is limited, comfort can’t wait: By starting hospice early, families can focus on what matters most—time together—while maximizing comfort, dignity, and connection.
