Narrative

Private advocacy. coaching and case management for adults.  Customized services to help people (primarily ages 18 to 60) with disabilities, illnesses or injuries and their families manage systems, issues and obstacles.  Focus on problem solving, planning, developing strategies and accessing services.  Support around transitions, assistance with public and private benefits and insurance.  Consultations and ongoing support available to clients in their homes, by phone and email.  Home visits in Greater Boston and surrounding areas.  Use of accessible office in Newton Centre. Consultations available nationally via phone, Skype and FaceTime.
