Narrative

Planned Lifetime Assistance Network of Massachusetts and Rhode Island, Inc. is a non-profit organization providing planning and trust management services for individuals with disabilities to enhance their quality of life, support their integration into the community, and provide piece of mind to their families. With offices in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, the organization manages two special needs pooled trusts:  the PLAN Third Party Special Needs Pooled Trust and the MARC Special Needs Pooled Trust. These trusts were established and are managed for the benefit of the individual disabled beneficiaries to provide for the orderly management, investment and distribution of assets.  The assets in both of these pooled trusts are pooled for investment purposes only.
