Narrative

The New England Center for Children NECC) is a top special education school in Massachusetts. Students between the ages of 3 and 22 receive year-round services for 30 hours per week. The learning plans ranges from basic prerequisite skills for learning, including attention, imitation and self-care. We teach academic skills, such as reading, math and science. As the students reach the age of 14, emphasis is placed on gaining work skills throughout the school and in the community.

School is in session Monday through Friday. The students receive a combination of one-on-one and group instruction, It depends on their level of functioning and the skills being taught.
