Marty provides parents and students with legal representation and advice in a wide variety of special education issues. Represents children and families in Juvenile and Probate Court. Handles student discipline matters including suspension/explusion, manifestation determination hearings, and delinquency cases. Attends mediation and litigates before the Bureau of Special Education Appeals. Helps secure Out of District Placements. Marty also specializes in assisting families with special needs children and adults in obtaining guardianship and conservatorships.
