Narrative

Mara Vista inpatient services treat teens and adults in a safe and caring setting. Our inpatient units are newly renovated. We have a welcoming and effective treatment setting. We have separate distinct inpatient services for adults and teens.

Patients come for inpatient care when their behavior has become unsafe at home. After attempting a suicide, experiencing suicidal ideation or when symptoms become so severe they can not be managed with existing services, people need help.

The primary goal of treatment is stabilization of symptoms. We can develop a plan for moving to less intensive services.
