Narrative

Inpatient psychiatric care is a high level of care treating adolescents and adults in a safe and caring environment. Our inpatient units are newly renovated and provide a welcoming and effective treatment environment. We have separate distinct inpatient services for adults and adolescents.

Patients come for inpatient care when their behavior has become unsafe at home such as after attempting a suicide, experiencing suicidal ideation or when symptoms become so severe they can not be managed with existing services. The primary goal of treatment is stabilization of symptoms and developing a plan for transitioning to less intensive services.
